Job Title: Customer Service - Immediate start

Location: Watford

Remuneration: £12.82ph paid on a weekly basis

Contract Details: Temporary with the possibility to go permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm hybrid working / Free parking available

Responsibilities:You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Returns Processing: Handle product returns efficiently and with a smile
• Settlement of Payment/Invoice Differences: Resolve discrepancies promptly to keep our customers happy
• Processing of Service Claims: Manage service claims with precision and professionalism
• Communication of Delivery Dates: Keep customers informed about their order's status
• Shipping and Billing Rental Services: Oversee rental service logistics to ensure smooth operations
