Job Role: Temporary Document Controller
Location: Glasgow (West End)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Our client in Glasgow's West End is looking for a Temporary Document Controller to join their team and support critical document management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile, scan, and file all controlled company documents.
Control and issue documents required by operations staff for study work
Scan completed study documentation for electronic archiving, completing all forms and indexes per standard procedures.
Archiving (raw data) and study files under the supervision of the Document Control Manager
Ensure traceability and quick recall of archived documents.
Email completed Reports/COAs to the client
Monitor and alert for periodic document reviews.
Format and proof-reading master documents for operations staff
Additional office administration tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Great organisational skills.
Previous experience working within a biosciences environment is a bonus but non-essential.
