Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Aylesbury
Remuneration: 12.21ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Temporary Monday - Friday 8am -5pm 30minute lunch (5 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

Clear backlog and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Upload reports efficiently onto the CRM system
Close jobs promptly to keep our operations running smoothly
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude with every customer interaction
