Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Duration: 2 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Start Date: May 20, 2025
• End Date: May 30, 2025
• Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.50
• Working Pattern: Part-Time

- Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM- Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About the Role:As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our practise. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients with a warm smile
• Managing appointments and patient records using EMIS
• Handling phone inquiries and providing information
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• EMIS experience is essential!
• Experience working within a GP practise is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A friendly and professional demeanour

Important Notes:

• A DBS on the Update Service is required. If you do not have one, we'll process a DBS application for you.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a short-term role with the possibility of extension!
